The Joanna Approach

Brain Health Lives at the Intersection

Brain health isn't about one activity, one supplement or one memory trick.

Our brains are influenced by how we move, learn, sleep, socialize, manage stress, engage our senses and interact with the world around us.

Joanna's approach brings these elements together in ways that are practical, enjoyable and designed for real life.

About Joanna

Science, Wellness, Movement—and a Lot of Music

My work brings together science, wellness, brain health, fitness, education and over 20 years of experience as a professional musician.

My interest in brain health is also deeply personal.

After helping care for my parents through dementia and Alzheimer's disease, I became committed to making brain-health information more practical, approachable and useful in everyday life.

Whether I am teaching a memory strategy, developing a resident wellness program or getting a room moving to music, my goal is the same: help people stay active, connected, curious—and fully engaged in life.
